Your trusted BIM partner
Our Mission
At nPoint, our mission is to make BIM accessible, interactive, and usable for everyone—from professionals to the general public.
We believe building models should not be locked away in costly, complex tools used only by specialists. Instead, they should be intuitive, affordable, and inclusive, enabling all stakeholders to engage with and benefit from digital buildings in real time.
Our Purpose
BIM adoption is accelerating, with over 80% of projects in the Nordics already using digital models. Yet most tools remain complex, costly, and professional-only, leaving facility managers, building owners, and the public excluded. With new accessibility regulations and the EU’s push for inclusive digital services, the timing is right for nPoint.
Our purpose is to bridge this gap by offering a platform that empowers everyone to create, explore, and manage buildings—making BIM a shared resource rather than a professional niche.
Our Story
We started nPoint because we saw a broken pattern: BIM models are expensive to create, often underutilized, and rarely accessible beyond the specialists who built them. Meanwhile, outdated methods like 2D drawings are still the norm in many projects, widening the gap between virtual and physical buildings. Inspired by Norway’s Digitalisation Strategy and its call for “digital first” services, we set out to design an accessibility-focused BIM management platform.
Our team—combining expertise in BIM, software development, 3D visualization, and business development—is committed to redefining how people interact with buildings, making digital models truly usable for everyone.
