Our platform transforms BIM models and drawings into an accessible source of building information, enabling facility managers, building owners, and service teams to use digital building data as part of their daily workflows.
Our Purpose
BIM adoption continues to grow rapidly, and today more than 80% of construction projects in the Nordics already use digital building models. However, most BIM tools are still designed for design and engineering teams, leaving building owners and facility managers without simple ways to access and use the data created during projects.
nPoint bridges this gap by providing a platform where building models and drawings become a central source of information for building operations. By making model data accessible, visual, and easy to integrate with other systems, we help organizations turn BIM into a practical tool for managing buildings throughout their lifecycle.
Our Story
nPoint was founded to solve a common problem in the industry: BIM models are expensive to create, but rarely used after construction. In many buildings, operations teams still rely on outdated 2D drawings, disconnected documents, and fragmented systems, creating a gap between the digital model and the physical building.
We built nPoint to close that gap.
